Full Land Use Code Draft and Updated Zoning Map

The updated full draft of the Chaffee County Land Use Code (replacing the prior Nov 9th draft version) has been posted for public review as of November 14, 2024. An updated proposed Zoning Map has also been posted (version date Nov 13th). These drafts incorporate recommendations and requests from the Board of County Commission as of their November 12th public hearing. This November 14th version will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners at the continued public hearing on Nov 19th, beginning at 10:00am. A summary of changes document is also linked below that provides an overview of major updates from the November 9th code draft version.

The updated full draft of the Chaffee County Land Use Code (replacing the prior Oct 12th draft version) has been posted for public review as of October 28, 2024. This draft addresses recommendations from the Chaffee Planning Commission as voted on at their Oct 22nd public hearing, and reflects modifications requested by BOCC to date. This version is proposed as the version to be considered by the Board of County Commissioners for adoption beginning at the public hearings beginning on November 4th. A summary of changes document is also linked below that provides an overview of major updates from the Oct 12th version.
